Thank you for choosing Forever Florals for your event styling! To formally request our services we require a completed booking form which can be found below. This booking form will take you through the process of your event details including your contact details.

Deposit & Payment information
To secure your booking with us we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 (for orders under £500.00) or £200.00 (for orders of £500.00 and above). Final details and the remainder of the balance is due four weeks prior to the event.
Please note: If your event is less than four weeks away at the time of booking we require payment in full.
Important: Please only complete this form once you have confirmation from us that your chosen products and date of hire is available. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Once we have received and processed your completed booking form we will contact you to request the non-refundable deposit payment.
Please note: Bookings are not secured until this payment has been received.
Once the deposit payment has been processed you will receive an email of confirmation with your booking details attached.
